Bernoulli Symposium 2025 is here!

 

We welcome everybody to join this exciting and interesting day centered around the topic: Process of progress, engineering a sustainable world. The event will be held on the 1st of May at BB 5161.0151. We encourage everybody to join and enjoy the talks of speakers of both academia and industry.

 

There will be talks from:

  • Simone Sbrescia: Material Selection and Its Challenges With Implementation (Philips)

  • Nicola di Fidio: Biocatalysis in Sustainable Production (Lignin) (University of Bari)

  • Rob Gosselink: The NVPI Program Increasing the National Sustainability of Industry (NVPI)

  • Robin Post van der Burg: Scalable, Affordable and Carbon Negative Production of Ultra Clean Syngas (Torrgas)

  • Sonja Pullen: Molecular Science (Catalysis) (University of Amsterdam)

  • Carlos Hernández Mejía: Biorefinery for the Production of Pine-Derived Chemicals (Kraton)

New Born Rubber will have a stand during the lunch break so you have the chance to learn about the latest innovations in the rubber industry.

Coffee/tea, lunch and a borrel for those who would like to discuss and network are all included, for a signup fee of only €5,- for members and €6.50,- for non-members.
To improve your networking experience even after the Symposium a CV photo opportunity is present.
