Dear Bernoullians,

The sign ups to enter the tournament are open and will close after the break (January 8th). The tournament will run from the 8th of January onwards. 

The BGF will then make all the match-ups which you will be informed about. You are expected to be able to play one singles tennis match a week, the timing of which can be discussed with your opponent for the week. Participants will have to be ACLO members in order to use the courts. There will be exciting prizes for the top 3 of the singles tournament. Entry is free and you can rent tennis rackets at the ACLO sportscentre if you don't have your own, this cost will be reimbursed by the BGF. 

Participants will be added to a WhatsApp group where all match-ups and results will be announced. The tournament will run until all matches have been played. The matches will be of 3 sets of 6 games each, with the first to 2 sets taking victory.

In case you have a doubles partner and wish to play doubles, approach members of the BGF to let us know. We will also have a doubles/mixed doubles tournament in parallel to the singles (including prizes for the best teams) in case there is enough interest for one.
